I’ve noticed a lot of young women talking freely about their periods on social media. I applaud and feel a little envious of their confidence and freedom. I’d love to be part of the normalization of menopause and the celebration of all women. While periods are more talked about it seems that the menopausal women is still a bit of a punchline. However, the women I know are staying fierce while gaining wisdom. I may be having some serious bodily changes and feel a bit out of control of these changes sometimes but I am also growing exponentially. I’ve never had better boundaries in my relationships or so much agency in my career. I bring more to the table than I ever have and refuse to let a natural process full my sparkle.

This perspective on menopause is truly enlightening! Celeste’s insights really capture the emotional and physical nuances that many modern women experience. I especially appreciate the focus on holistic wellness—practices like Chakra Healing can make a significant difference in balancing energy and supporting overall well-being during this transition. It’s refreshing to see menopause discussed with such openness and practical guidance.

balancing entertainment and wellbeing means knowing when to step away. while devices offer endless distraction, unchecked screen time can drain energy and dull emotions. creating intentional boundaries allows people to enjoy media without becoming consumed by it. pleasure should be refreshing, not exhausting, leaving space for rest, creativity, and real-world connection.
